So are you like I used to be.... dabbling in fitness, but struggling to ensure your workouts are balanced. Or perhaps you aren't sure how to combine exercises, or use different equipment combinations?
In April the Hybrid Training Fitness Diary starts. This is a private Facebook group where I share information and video about the fitness skills that my three dog's do on a regular basis, and also share general fitness information and set up discussions.
It's a chance for you to see how different equipment can be used, how the basic exercises can be made more difficult, and how these things can be combined to create balanced workouts. It'll also give you an idea of how much fitness to other training that my guys do!
It's also a chance for you to post feedback or the exercises we are performing OR the base exercises that form the basis of the more complicated exercises.
